But will this company NMart retail will survive? Can someone give you the 4 times benefits without any reason. There is very old justification from each and every company like we have big profits in this retail business, we invest here and there and make huge profits. Do you really think if the biggest giant in this industry like BigBazar, Reliance Fresh is not able to think on this, Nmart will be able to do this. I have gone through the N Mart plan and at the out set it looks very attractive to the on looker. But friends be practically it is an impossible task for the company to perform. U pay rs.5500/- company give you vouchers 22 of 480 = 10560 and further reward of 11,000/- after 48 months !!!. We saw what happened with Speak Asia and so many other so called net work cos. So the lesson is, where ever there is a tall claims in any system beware that it will lead to wrong ends. One of my friends has recently become an “Associate” of NMart and I had the opportunity to go through the Agreement which the company has sent to the Associate. The agreement which runs into several pages is very poorly drafted and it contains numerous spelling and gramatical errors. Such silly errors are not committed by any reputed business entity. The last page of the Agreement contains the signature of Nmart official as the Second Party whereas the signature of the Associate who is the First Party is missing in the document. What is more surprising is the fact that the Agreement has been typed on the Company’s Letter Head in the first page and on simple plain sheets in the other pages with a Revenue Stanp of Re 1/- being affixed in the last page. It is to be noted that an Agreement is not valid in the eyes of law if the same is not executed on Stamped Paper of adequate value as per the Stamp Duty Act prevalant in the concerned State where such Agreement is executed. People have already experienced the ugly episode of Unipay where unsuspecting investors have been thoroghly duped of their hard earned money and therefore, the authorities need to scrutinise the credentials of NMart and find out whether one more scam is in the offing.
